The NABE '95 Native American Institute was so successful thatthe SIG, with 67 members present has asked us to contact you about1996.
Please be advised that the Language and Culture Retention andDevelopment SIG will be sending a proposal for a Native AmericanInstitute.
We also have a suggestion about the program.
a. We will be sending NABE a list of volunteers from our SIG tobe readers for the program committee
b. We suggest that Native American interest sessions be scheduledto be complementary to each other in a strand throughout the conference.

We would be glad to assist the Program Committee in any way withthe planning of NABE '96 to insure that those interested in NativeAmerican education will be supportive of your efforts in Orlando.
