A brief description of the MA Counseling program.

- Complete coursework with a grade of a "B" or better, with no more than one grade of "C"
- Successfully complete 450 hours of counseling internship over three semesters
- Successfully complete a portfolio demonstrating knowledge and mastery of the WNMU-GGSC counseling competencies
- Successfully completing a presentation of your counseling portfolio
- Passing one of the following exit exams:
- Counselor Preparation Comprehensive Exam (CPCE)
- WNMU-GGSC Written Counselor Comprehensive Exam (The Comps)
- PRAXIS Exam for School Counselors
